Dr Alexandra Smith graduated in Medicine from The University of New South Wales. She trained in Respiratory Medicine at Royal North Shore Hospital and Concord Repatriation and General Hospital. Following her training, she did research at Royal North Shore Hospital and then worked at the Harvard School of Public Health. When she returned to Australia, she was an academic in the Faculty of Medicine at The University of New South Wales

Dr Yozghatlian is a Senior Staff Specialist and current Head of Department at St. George Hospital and Visiting Medical Officer at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital consulting in the adult Cystic Fibrosis clinic. Veronica has a special interest in education and supervises junior medical officers as well as advanced trainees in Respiratory and Sleep Medicine.
