Dianna Li is an Australian trained neurosurgeon who manages various disorders of the brain, spine, and peripheral nerve, with a special interest in brain tumours, awake craniotomy, and endoscopic skull base surgery.

Dianna Li is an Australian neurosurgeon fluent in English and Mandarin.   She graduated from medical school at Melbourne University in 2008, and completed internship, residency and unaccredited Neurosurgery training at multiple hospitals around New South Wales, including Royal Prince Alfred, St George, Prince of Wales, and Sydney Children’s Hospitals.  Concurrent to clinical practice she completed a Masters of Surgery at Sydney University, majoring in whole body anatomical dissection.  In 2014 she was selected for the binational Neurosurgery training program, ranking first in Australasia.  In the same year, she received the Gordon Taylor Medal for achieving the highest score in the mandatory General Surgical Specialty Exams in Australasia.  She went on to complete her training at Liverpool Hospital, Wollongong Hospital, Westmead Adult and Children Hospitals, and St George Hospital. She was awarded her Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2021, and travelled to Canada to complete subspecialty training in neuro-oncology and skull base surgery at Toronto Western Hospital.  She now practises brain, spine, and peripheral nerve surgery at St George Public and Private hospitals, servicing patients from the south of Sydney and beyond.
