Dr. Rahman is keen to offer patient centred care. He offers services in General Surgery (Laparoscopy/ Laparotomy) including Gallbladder surgery, Hernia Surgery, Colorectal surgery, Skin lesion excision and is fully accredited by Gastroenterological Society of Australia (GESA) in endoscopy (Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy).
He has completed his MBBS at the University of Dhaka and Masters in General Surgery at University of Sydney and went on to complete his surgical training at St George Hospital (Southern Network) in Sydney. Subsequently, he achieved his General Surgical Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. Following this he further pursued subspecialty fellow training in Macquarie University Hospital (Gastrointestinal- Colorectal and UGI) and St George Hospital (Trauma and General Surgery). He now consults at St George Private Hospital.
