St George Helps Out St Johns

Sandra Grove, Divisional Superintendent of the St George Division of St John Ambulance (left) accepts a cheque from St George Private Hospital CEO Tracey Burton. The $900 donation was raised from the sale of the Heart Health Cookbook which was raised from the sale of the Heart Health Cook Book which was sold throughout St George Private’s Heart Health week in May. Books were also sold by Kogarah Council and the Leader so the donation is a combined effort from the community – with direct benefits back to the community.

Ms Grove said that the money was likely to be spent on much needed cardiac equipment which would help save lives in the St George Community.
