Rotary Helps Patients & Families

Patients and their families can now recover and relax in comfort and tranquility thanks to the Rotary Club of St George Central.

The Rotary Club donated $5000 toward the refurbishment of the 1 North patient lounge at St George Private Hospital. This ward cares for patients who are undergoing cancer treatment and neurosurgical procedures, so a restful place for their families and friends is greatly valued.

Mr Cliff Felton, President of St George Central Rotary experienced the comfort and peace of the new patient lounge first-hand over a cup of tea with St George Private Hospital CEO Tracey Burton at a ceremony to acknowledge and thank Rotary for their care and support.
